Interactive Design

Based around various complex technology systems and devices, the area of Interactive design focuses on outlining the performance of products or systems that a user can interact and work with.
Designers in this field research users' behavior in learning through cognitive psychology where the user's understanding results through the experience, thoughts and senses.
Interactive, or Interaction design, works toward creating user-friendly systems designing around user goals and experiences.

A kiosk is an example of interactive design as it allows the user to interact with the software by choosing options.
